Automatic and Manual Boiling Point Quality Testers
Jerco quality test instruments provide your manufacturing line an accurate
and simple test procedure. Suitable for assembly line use, the Jerco quality
test instrument precisely tests brake fluid and antifreeze. The precision
of the instrument helps our customers; the automotive manufacturer, to certify
that the fluids they are using meet Federal Safety Standards. The test method
reads boiling point when the reflux rate has reached equilibrium.
No longer will there be any need to send samples to a laboratory for analysis
where tests may be made by questionable methods. With the Jerco Brake Fluid
Boiling Point Tester - accurate testing requires less than fifteen minutes!
The Jerco AT-110 instrument can automatically perform up to 4 tests per
hour and continuously run 24 hours a day / 7 days per week; if required,
without any operator assistance!
Test DOT3 and DOT4 Fluids
1. Testing device intended to be used for the automatic and manual testing of a brake fluid's boiling point.
2. Simplifies the ASTM D-1120 procedure for testing fluid quality.
